Come along and take part in the second Littondale mountain bike challenge. Organised by Amerdale Hall, registered Charity No: 500246
When is it? 27th May 2012
Register from 8am – Group start at 9:30am
The Route: This year we are changing it up a bit. After feedback from last year we have decided to only have one route, and put everything into it. While we tried to include something for everyone last year, we realised that there is in fact no such thing as an “Easy” route in this dale, the terrain is demanding, steep and rocky. And if you came last year – very wet too!
We are hoping for better luck on the weather this year.
You can be promised a good route though, starting and finishing at Amerdale Hall in Arncliffe, Littondale near Grassington. The route will cover roughly 22 miles with some tricky ups, and plenty of downs.
How much is it?The event fee is just £15.00, which includes the ride, free parking, a finishers T-shirt, and a free refreshment and cake on completion. There will also be bacon butties and drinks available to purchase in the morning when you register. And if you are up to it there will be a fully licensed bar available at the end! We are also offering a camping ticket for £25 which includes camping the night before and free breakfast to get you on your way.
Places will be limited so don’t miss out and book your place now.
Terms & Conditions:
- All riders must be over 14 years old, and under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all time
- A helmet must be worn at all times when on your bike. No helmet no ride!
- Cancellations: The entry fee is not refundable but entries can be transferred to a different person
